Bad Service at Pick'nPay ASAP New Redruth

I purchased a kettle a week ago and didn't receive it and it was suggested that I will get a refund, after 5 days I received a failed refund email with the refund amount less than the amount I paid for the kettle. Then yesterday I bought 5l red wine and I didn't receive it, today I still don't have any item I bought or refund from Pick'nPay New Redruth. This is via purchasing using the Pnp ASAP
