Bad service at pick n pay woodmead

I went to Pick n pay woodmead to do a refund on the jacket I bought at another pick n pay, I had experienced the worst customer service . The manager of the department was so rude she even told me that I am lying.

She advised me that they don't refund the stock that they don't have on their self, however I was advised that I can do a refund or an exchange at any pick n pay where they sell Garmin.

It is very disappointing and inconvenient for the customer to experience what I've experienced in woodmead store.
