Bad service at Pick n pay Wonderpark by Sibusiso (HOD)

Today 27 March 2022 at 11h30 i went to pick n pay Wonderpark with my sister to buy a few things that are on their 5 day special which is ending today. I specifically wanted extra virgin olive oil which was unfortunately sold out. i then went to customer care to request for a rain Cheque. I was assisted by two ladies who then took all my details. Later on a guy called Sibusiso his tag was written HOD said to me and my sister that there is no rain cheque for olive oil, we then asked why and his response was dont you watch the news? its all over the news that south Africa is having shortage of oil. its not his fault that we dont wath the news. he was very rude to us when he explained that. the other issue is that there was no communication or notice with regard to that information. we were treated with so much disrespect. we were so undermined and belittled. The sad thing is that it is where we do our groceries every month
