BAD SERVICE AT PICK N PAY TOWNSHIPS

Hi,

Years back after finishing school i use to work for Pick n Pay as a casual employee, for me it was one of the shops that gave the best service, i learned my customer care there more than i did at school,

Lately the customer care is so terrible, im not even doing my monthly groceries there anymore, but because now its even all over Soweto you cant avoid it at some point you'll have to go on one of them its a nightmare since i knew what Pick n Pay use to stand for. I dont know if its the fact that it is now in the townships as well because thats the one who gives the worst service, no more greetings the only communication is plastic, then the queues are unbarable, specifically Kliptown, Diepkloof square and the worst of them all, Maponya mall. The queues are very long, why are all tills not operating, even pensioners n handicapped people wait forever, what system are you now using?

What is the head office doing about this? What are you doing with the detirioting service? The hygience is also no longer up to par. Are you aware you're loosing sales because going to Shoprite n Pick n Pay is the same for me, and back then i would never go to Shoprite, but now i go because its almost the same as being in Pick n Pay.

This is dissappointing and i hope something will be done.
