BAD SERVICE AT PICK N PAY SPRINGFIELD PARK VALUE CENTRE

I am disgusted with terrible service at pick n pay Springfield park value center. at 14;49 on the 12/06/2021 i was rudely spoken to by the cashier in the liquor department. the cues was long so i decided to go into the liquor department to cash for just 2 items. one of them being a energy drink the other was a syrup. i was not greeted and acknowledged by the cashier he rudely tells me and i quote " this item is not allowed here . only the energy drink can be cashed , next time they will send me away and I am doing your a favor by cashing this up " . there is no signage stating that only liquor items allowed. 2ndly that cashier was not friendly polite respectful . he spoke as if he is owner of pick n pay, 3rdly i didn't even realize pick n pay has specific cashiers to cash certain items in the store ?????. to be in service industry speak like that reflects poor level of service and standard of a store. i will definitely not recommend anyone to pick n pay Springfield park value center and i will not ever shop at that store again. i hope my review gets taken seriously as continued level of service like the cashier in the liquor department { at 14;49 ) will result in loss of customers like me. Clearly that employee is in wrong industry , he should be trained on good customer service as his service is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
