Bad Service at Pick n Pay Norwood

Pick n Pay Norwood Mall, I was rushing in the morning needed a few stationery about 5 items, I joined the express till but it was a little slow, then on the other till the cashier finished serving a customer I quickly jumped to get served, then this lady said sorry this till is for pensioners

I said I didn’t see that but I only have 5 items and you do not have a customer she said No, The inconvenience was that I had to go rejoin the express till whilst this cashier sits and could have assisted.

I am so disappointed at the service from pick n pay Norwood I wasn’t expecting that
