BAD SERVICE @ PICK N PAY KEMPTON GATE MALL

@ Pick n Pay Kempton Gate I went to PICK N PAY KEMPTON GATE MALL around 10h00 on the 25/04/2022 . I wanted to pay , and the cashier are sitting at the till , when I unpacked my goods , cashier inform that's she's not open , so when I asked her where should i pay she just directed me to kiosk , when I went to kiosk and lined up there , the lady that said I must go to kiosk , because she's not open , assisted someone else at the same till where I was send away from .... PLEASE NOTE trading hours at this store Monday 8am–7pm , but @ 10h00 it was only kiosk that assisted customers , rest of cashier was sitting at till refering customers away , because they still busy packing their tills with money @ 10h00 ...............
