Bad service at Pick n Pay in Canal walk

Good day,

I just had a bad service at Pick n Pay in Canal walk from Grizilda. I went to the cigarette counter as I normally do when purchasing something from that counter and she pulled her coloured friends from the express queue to come pay before me as I got there 1st. When I asked she shouted at me saying I was talking nonsense and that I should wait for her to finish the queue.

Worst thing when I reported her to the manager on duty Gerrit Visagie he just sat and did nothing. He didn't show any concern or try to get up from his chair and find out the issue.

This is very bad service from the store I purchase daily as I live close by. If this is the behavior customers get lately from this store then I will consider shopping elsewhere with my family as I won't tolerate this treatment.
