Bad service at pick n pay hypermarket in Brackenfell

Worst service ever! Unprofessional. I went to buy the beacons marshmallows because they were on Special but apparently needed a smart shopper card, which i had but the cashier didnt ask me for it so it scanned 79.99 i then asked why, because its 62.99 then she says you didn't swipe the shopper card. Which she didnt asked for. I was then told for to return counter by another rude sarcastic gentleman. I got the returns counter and the lady wasnt there so i was told to wait in the money market line. While im waiting 2 other people now joins the line ahead of me and the security shouts to me i need to go stand in the return line because it's open. All while the return lady is shouting ar another colleague that she is busy with a customer. Unbelievable, unprofessional, terrible service.
