Bad service at Pick 'n Pay hyper Fourways mall

I was at Pick 'n Pay store Fourways Mall yesterday the 28th asking for cash back at the tills. A cashier by the name of Mahlatse with terrible and stincky attitude refused to give me the money saying that there's no money. It wasn't for the first time, whenever i do such request they always make an excuses as if is their money. Management can you please train your staff with customer service especially Mahlatse and Maria
