Bad service at pick n pay Eyethu Mall orange farm

Again bad service from the cashier at pick n pay Eyethu Mall (liquor) in Orange farm her name is Trice.. I still say the staff at Eyethu Mall is ruining the company's image... They are rude. When you visit the store is like you going to war.. So what happened is that my colleagues were in the que and again she refused to assist them.. We called the manager and he told her to assist us but she still refused,even her manager can't control her stinking attitude. Something must be done urgently.. Not a happy customer at all. People need to loose their jobs.. Please look into this..
