Bad service at pick n pay express at KaNyamazane

Bad service all the way,so it was in September when I was at a Gas station @Kanyamazane and so I decided to buy some snacks because luckily there's a pick n pay express there,and I took 2 packets of Doritos that where in competition,which had the following prices (An Xbox,A trip to watch the Springboks play in France(which is now out of the picture) and an undisclosed amount of a cash price,up until this day pick n pay has been dragging me throughout an entire 4 months ,and luckily enough I kept photographed evidence,a photo of me and my friends next to the till with it written (Congratulations,you have won) and my receipt,which has now faded, and it's really not satisfying to have such big companies not living up to their promises,entlek they even don't deserve my 1star rating and still they also continue to drag me on my emails,so please if you can help,please do.
