Bad service at Pick ‘n Pay Elardus park

Pick ‘n Pay Elardus park , I don’t understand what is going on in that store they seem not willing to help at all , I went five times to deposit am always told the tills are full and when I request to withdraw then am told they don’t have money , trust me that Pick ‘n Pay clothing has so many people who are just not willing to Work and please do investigate
