Bad service at pick n pay daveyton

I went to pick n pay daveyton mall on the 25th December. Sharon was my cashier when I got there she was talking to someone who was wearing black. I then ask if she can help me by packing my staff. Sharon answered by saying I should call head office and ask for packers. She then sent the same lady to her cream relaxer. Another merchandiser came by I ask the guy to pack for me the guy did he had 5kg chicken braai pack with him. So I ask if I should take it the guy didn't have the problem but sharon did. Said I should go get my own. The service I got there was so poor. People like her should be packing stock at stockroom than serving customers. Through out the entire purchase she was talking arguing with another lady (a cleaner) who came to help with the packing. She acted as if she owned the store very rude. Pick n pay doesnt need such people. We go there for best service.
