Bad Service at Pick n Pay by Boitumelo Mokgosinyane

If there was a zero rating, I would actually rate it that. I went to Pick n Pay Brits Safari Centre to purchase lunch and their Liqui Fruit special which was going for 2@R35. The lady tilled my items and then looked at me, I tapped my card and gave her my smart shopper. She said once I tapped then she can no longer accept the Smart shopper. I asked her why she didn't tell me and she very rudely said that I had it in my hand and I should have given it to her. I told her that I don't work there and I don't know what should be done first and that she should have asked it then let me use my card. She then said that I had in my hand so I should have given it to her. I therefore spent R50 instead of R35 because of her unwillingness to assist. All other cashiers ask if we have a smart shopper or not. She saw it and didn't bother to ask. Not only that, she didn't even ask me to pay, she just looked at me when she was done tilling. Her name is Boitumelo Mokgosinyane.
