Bad Service at Pick n Pay

I would like to complain about continued bad service I receive from Pick n Pay Express at Klipgat BP… Cynthia Monthwa and other cashiers are not helping us with bill payments Mainly DSTV and Electricity…

Today Cynthia Dismissed me and said to me my meter number doesn’t work, when the receipt says she keyed in the meter number on the card number field thus the error(Card-No********* Non Supply). As we speak I’m in the dark because of one of your cashiers who refused to sell me electricity. She also kept the receipts after the transaction, I had to ask for them and she ended up even giving me the Store Copy of the receipts for the refund transaction By mistake.
