Bad service at Pick n pay

<p>i was ay Chris Hani mall at Pick and Pay buying grocery on Saturday, i wanted to pay with my ABSA card and it declined twice and my money went out from my account an amount of R787.20 then i discovered that my money came back the following day which was Sunday after withdrawing R300 and withdraw R550 on top to pay with hard cash and later in the afternoon the money went out an exact amount of R787.20 to their account. Yesterday i went to them to pay me back and i was told they will call me today in the morning and till now im still waiting and i reaally want my money back. Please help</p>
