BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST DISPLAY
HI , I was at pick n pay hypermarket woodmead, I was never treated so bad by the front line cashiers with their bad attitude toward me as a paying customer and former employee of pick n pay where customer was KING as per the value of the founder and chairman of Mr Ackermann's , I was so disappointed after doing all my groceries shopping , all the cashiers who were there on duty on or about 6mp and 7pm some kept telling me they have already closed and some are were waiting for customers which were never there to begin with . the my shopping experienced was not quiet pleasant , if I were a white person with a full trolley of groceries they would have jump at the first opportunity to serve me , but since am a black man they could not assist me promptly up until I made noise about the poor customer service they have had to display . the #customerexperiancefirst was lacking and no where to be found. this is precisely why pick n pay is loosing the market share its because of the wrong people in the bus .I have raised this issue with Coen the HOD am expecting a response if I don't get it then it will prove that complains are not dealt with especially when customers complain.
