Bad Service at Eyethu Orange Farm

Good Day Kindly note I am so disappointed by the service received from Pick n Pay Eyethu Mall Orange farm Branch. I went there to buy a gift card with my credit card and they refused to assist me they told me that when buying a gift card they only accept cash. I have been buying gift cards with no problems with the same card previously on other pick n pay stores. Is it ? because they undermining me or its because they don't care of Customers in a mass market . Wow! what a bad service I have ever received in my life . Pick n pay is just a lip service company please practice what you preach we are taking a lot from Eyethu Mall Pick n pay staff the list is endless I wont finish that's how angry I am.
