BAD SERVICE AT DIEPKLOOF SQAURE PNP

I went to Diepkloof square pnp and the staff were very rude .On Sunday 02September2018 the cashier at the cigarette counter refused to help me because I wanted to buy a newspaper and told me to stand in a long que for groceries .After waiting for an hour in a long que .On the 07 September 2018 I went to buy groceries and the cashier ringed 2 plastic bags which I never asked for and she did not reverse . She did this because she was talking to the packer and I was disturbing their conversation .I am disappointed at the level of service .I doubt I will ever buy there . Thanks
