Bad service at customer care center

I have changed my tyme bank card which is having smart shopper I have been replacing my cards without any problems but recently my smart shopper is not working since I replaced my tyme bank card ,I can't even register a new smart shopper as it says already registered The supervisor of Jackal creek tried to help me by calling customer service center but I was so disappointed about the poor service of the call center ,the don't pick up the call I waited there for hours and left without help,Even now m without a smart shopper I have to ask other customers when I do my shopping every day I am so disappointed really
