bad service ASAP Pick n Pay

Pick N Pay ASAP ! Placed an order , no sold out notice for an item , i paid for the order + del fees+ tip , order comes with 1 item missing coz it's sold out ? i contact their call centre ? useless ! they tell me i must place another order R100 or above to get the item !
