Bad service and wrong order

I ordered a pepper *** cake on Thursday which I would collect on Saturday. I said I want a pink cake they asked me for a second option if they don't get pepper *** I said barbie but it has to be pink. They even called to confirm in the morning I told them pink but wen I went to collect a barbie and friends cake which was not pink. Im so hurt. When I asked them to change it the lady said it can only be changed on Monday. And my child's birthday was yesterday. I took home a cake that we ddnt like. Pick n pay diepkloof square ruined my child's 4th birthday.
