Bad service and worse attitude!!!!

I am totally disgusted with the service at the Bedfordview branch. My main complaint goes to the deli counter, i.e. cold meats. These ladies need to be replaced with immediate effect. The attitude is one with a chip on the shoulder, doing you a huge big favour by just acknowledging your presence at the counter. Big mistake!!!! You only get acknowledged by a lifting of the eye browse, if you are that lucky. They determine the cut of the meat you ask for as your request for shaved, paper thin or thick as a slice of bread get ignored completely. I have complained to them as well as management time and time again but the story remains the same These ladies are never present at the counter and one goes hunting for them. I find most of the ladies in your employ have a superior attitude which is just uncalled for. Please!!! Please!!!! If your personnel could just be taught to stop shouting across the floor space , this now when they need a supervisor or just a chat with the next door cashier. Ban all mobile phones and service and productivity will increase 10000 fold Your prices have sky rocketed over the years and service and attitude gone down the drain. No surprise to hear customers bypassing your store. Myself also veering in that direction
