Bad service and stinking attitude

I have bad experience with Pick n pay clothing East rand mall, the attitude of employees need to be reviewed, they gossip about customers and tarnishing the brand Name, I called last week to verify if they have an item I saw online, the woman answers so unprofessional like it was her personal phone and when I ask I need to check something who am I talking to? She was like "what do you want? That was so very unprofessional as I told her this is the business phone, after she hung up and I kept calling they were not answering, an entirely store
