Bad Service and Rude staff.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, most of us try to utilize essential services in a very limited way. Today, at 17:49, I went to Pick n Pay Tugervalley after work to shop for essential items only to be blatantly turned away by security officials saying that "we are closed". The signs posted outside on the window and also as per the website clearly states that operation hours end at 6pm. I requested that I enter as it was not closing time yet. Unfriendly staff members at the door told me that they cannot let me enter as they were instructed by the manager to close. I then requested that the manager come and speak to me and please explain why they would close early today. I waited for more than 15 minutes until 18:08 for the manager to come to the door-which did not happen. This is really bad service from an essential goods and service provider especially at a time like this. This was probably the last time that I set my foot in this store.
