Bad service and no contact numbers

I am absolutely horrified by the service as of late.. 2 of my orders (all in one week) were missing items. Upon inquiring the issue they apologize and say they will refund your money. 11 days later order no 1) no refund which meant i had to make contact again just to find out the refund was never done as promised in the first place. Today is day 8 waiting for a refund for order number 2....still no refund.

These people are hard to reach (takes days to get though via email and hours via chat) they end your chat without even waiting for you to respond and then say you mist email.

No phone number to make contact either.

I work in customer service and know the policies around refunds and timeframe around refunds...so i know what i am talking about when i say this is ridiculous. I have never experienced service this bad ever...
