Bad service and lying

Today 30 July 2020 at at 14H00 at pick n pay Birchleigh I was at the till to do 2 transactions. A card and a cash transaction. On completion of the card transaction the cashier logged out with the cashier supervisor present. Another cashier was waiting to take over. When I questioned the supervisor as to what was going on I was ignored. When I questioned the supervisor again the only response I got again was silence. At this stage my anger rose and I asked for the manager. The response I got was a cold and horrible "there in the office" I explained to the manager what had happened and went with him to speak to the supervisor. When the manager questioned the supervisor she **** and said she did speak to me. At this point I got angry. Told the manager that I will not be returning to the store. The manager did not attempt to stop or speak to me.
