Bad service and lies

Good day. Im very angry now. Wednesday afternoon i went to your clothing store and looked at your swimware. After seeing an item i liked i could not get my size. I then took the same item in an other color, but the right size to the till so that they can look on the system where i can find the right size. After finding one at the parow center store they said i should just buy the red one and go straight from there to parow center and just swop it for the other color. So i did as they asked en went to parow center. Once i get there the ppl tell me they do not have the item that i am looking for and they do not want to take my red swiming costume back that i was told to buy and then swop. I dont want this item. Its not what i wanted and now im told i may not return it. It is brand new have not even tried it on. And now i acn not get my money back because your staff told me to do it that way. R250 for a swim coatume is not cheap. The dy is the incident i sent a mesg to your fb and they asked for my proof of purchase that i did send them and net they just went silent. Not happy at all.
