bad service and incompetence

<p>yesterday i went to go purchase a tv set unfortunately didnt have a tv licence which i then app**** for the following day when i went back i had the slip from the post office yet i could purchase just a stupid tv on desplay why sell products if you cant offer people the help they need its discusting that you would sell a tv yet people cant apply for a licence in such a big business or im so fustrated in the service and incompetence of so called a supervisors who cant assist customers to uplift the name of the business there is no sense of agency 2 days in a row trying to buy a tv ,yet we can loose a sale just because its not your department to assist in me purchasing a stupid product on desplay in your shops.i understand why there are so many businesess going down its hiring *********** ******** staff and just not understanding customer service .please if you cant assist customers then close down since they are the only reason why you are still open with your ******** staff. The whole expirience its terrible and discusting .</p>
