Bad service and horrible attitude from Stuff and their supervisor

What a horrible experience received from pick n pay liquor store from a till operator named Fikile. That girl is old to have such bad attitude and she was frustrated. One could see her frustration cause kept on calling her supervisor who completely ignored her. They must both be removed from their positions or go back to training. She doesn't people's skills. How can she let people stand there so long without letting them know what's happening. And how does card payment become off line at huge store like that and do they let 1 till operate on a weekend. That's stupid if you ask me but anyway even their main store next door is as worse. Their stuff in the mornings they don't greet only 3 tills will operating stuff will be dragging their feet as if they still waking up or defrosting. It's as if they hired people who worked in those Somalian shops people that don't even want to work. And our poor black people still come in numbers for such cause they don't know what's better. Shoprite's service is way better they must go there for tips
