Bad service and dishonesty

I purchased via the app on 20 05.2026. Some items were not in stock. The full amount is now reserved on my credit card. The total amount for all the items also went off. The live chat does not work and the service and response is pathetic. No one is willing to assist. This is so frustrating and disappointing. Pick n pay said the reserved amount will be reversed but still that has not happened. This is not on really.
