Bad service and damaged goods

Good day. On the 13th of August I ordered on the pick n pay sap app and rotten meat was delivered to my house, been trying to call the store and the managers of the app for me to get my refund back or just to get a voucher for me to purchase at a different store. I'm being taken from piller to post regarding my refund. If anyone can be of assistance, I would appreciate.
