Bad service and bad supervisory

PnP sherwood brakpan. I went to shop, withdraw SASSA for my mom and pay her policy. I was told at that till they have no money for withdrawal. I paid for my groceries and they said there's money in another till so I must go and queue next door till again after having queued. Spoke to the supervisor Lolo and she talked to me while busy with her walky talky and said they can't help me and dismissed me
