Bad service and bad produce

On Sunday 8 /11/2015, I visited the Lakeside P'nP to buy some items for a light lunch for guests later in the morning. I purchased rolls and then wished to buy some cooked chicken drumsticks. A second sales lady attended me and informed me that they had no drumsticks. Looking in the display cabinet to see what else I could buy, I spied the drum sticks. Yes said the sales lady \those are drumsticks"!! Having got my drumsticks I moved further down to the cold meats section and the same sales lady \""assisted\"" me. I asked the price of the ham - this took some time to resolve - the lady seemed to have no idea how to go about it and the scale was operating intermittently. Finally the price was obtained and the ham cut. I left with my purchases after nearly 20 min. Sadly"
