Bad service and bad attitude from management and staff at pick ‘n pay boardwalk richards Bay

Bad service ,bad attitude , so unhelpful from management to staff ...they all don’t know what customer service .I went to pick ‘n pay boardwalk mall to purchase few things this morning and asked for cash back from the cashier I was told that there is no money in that till so I have join another que ...manager and cashier told me “it’s like the bank when there is no money in the ATM you join another que “

I overlooked that around 10:30 I went to filled my etoll account after 8 hours it’s was still not reflecting , went back to pick ‘n pay to query... customer service supervisor or manager was so unhelpful with bad attitude ..told me to wait for 5 days or 50days for my refund because apparently I wasn’t supposed to pay with my card ..it’s took them 2 seconds to take my money from my bank account now I have to wait 50 days ...
