BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE!!!!!

2 orders was placed on the PNP Bottlers App and I was charged for the items that was not even delivered. Firstly the drivers are so unreliable and they have no respect. One one occasion the driver left the parcels by my gate and left without informing the parcels were being delivered. This time i get charged for 2 orders which not even delivered!!!! I emailed them so many times and no one gets back to me!!!

PNP BOTTLES - THE WORST APP EVER!!!!! you cannot call them telephonically, and the never respond to emails either!!!!!!
