Bad service and attitude no consideration of the grave inconvenienced caused.

I am so appalled with the bad service I received at your southernwood store. I bought groceries worth over R1200. At the time of my departure I had no groceries and had no money. Money was deducted from my account but the staff said the voided the sale over a petty R5 coupocoupon that they forgot to subtract. I still do not have my money and no apology was conveyed to me and no call was done, although they promised to call me Saturday! They passed the buck to my bank saying it's the bank that is keeping the money. Suddenly on Monday money was released to them as per their request to my bank, Whaaaat! Entire weekend of no food nor money.
