Bad service and attitude

The Lady by name Lebu on kioks when I entered the shop I asked for help she didn't and continued chatting with her colleagues and I went into the shop got something then went back to her and asked for help on the lottery side she came and continued chatting to her colleagues then claimed she can't hear me give me attitude she was rude she even canceled my ticket telling me to buy it somewhere else
