Bad service and attitude

Bad service and attitude. I am just from pick 'n pay right now and very angry. The attitude we get from this tellers is too much especially this pick 'n pay by Madiba street/vermeluen street. Today a teller named Lesego was assisting me, when I got to the teller she just scanned the items and left them there and folded her arms while I was inserting my pin code on the speed-point. When I was done, I told her if she didn't want to pack the items for me she could have at least opened the plastic bags for me. She responded by saying " she is trying to push the queue" which i didn't understand cause the was no queue and again even if the is a long queue shes suppose to give a proper service.

I am really tired of the attitude we get from the tellers at pick 'n pay by Madiba street/vermeluen street. Now I understand why my colleague doesn't like going to that pick 'n pay.
