Bad Service and Attitude

I would like to bring to your attention the bad experience I've encountered at Pick & Pay Heidelberg (Gauteng). I firsly perchased staff at the cigarette counter and asked to withdraw R3200 from my other card. The kind lady who assisted me advised me she'll first call the supervisor to see if she does have that amount in her till. Sadly she didn't have. She advised me to go the supervisor to show me who to go to. I was then told that I'll have to go and wait in one of the long queues to withdraw. I patienly waited. When my turn came up to withdrew I asked for R3200, not knowing my limit by then. She advised me that it was declined. I asked her to try R3000, declined. I asked her to try R2000 declined again. I said to her I'm sure it must be her machine because I definetly have money in my account. I told her to find out where I can go to, she told me being so rude there's the supervisor go to her. The supervisor took my card and tried at another lady's till and it also showed declined, but what was so surpricingly to me, she gave me the 2 slips showing it was declined and told me to hold on to it. Just to proof to her that I definetly have money in my account I went into my banking app to show her the balance. I feel so angry that I had to put myself acctually in danger by showing people my bank balance. Anything could've happened. The way those tellers can make you feel, like I would now really go and withdraw money knowing that I DON'T have. Would someone really go out of their way to embarrass themselve like that knowing that you don't have money in your account??? I suggest you send your staff for customer training. If something like this would've happened at a Woolworths store, the staff would've been so professional. I wouldn't have felt the way I do today. To top it all off, through all that commotion when I got home and phoned FNB, they told me that my limit is only R3000 and they see that I've purchased something at FNB. She went and put one of the transactions through as a purchase. I have debit order that should be going throught tonight and it's such a mission to get my money back. I've spoken to the manager today and he's like so cold towards my problem. I asked him to have a chat with the lady he didn't even answer me. If people in management can react that way, what can you expect from the staff.
