Bad service and attitude

I was at pick n pay river park in Kuilsriver on Sunday evening after months.I just arrived in Cape town after driving from Holiday all the way from Jefferys bay arrived straight from the long road to the store at 7:45pm. I was standing infront of the pies waiting for someone to assist me and the lady was right to the pies and she called the other woman at the bakery who was busy with a customer and she told her, i am busy with customers and she replies, she also busy with her work, i was shocked at her disgusting behaviour and attitude. customers is also part of her work and i asked what pies they have as there is no names there and she tells me to bend down and look at the bottom of the pie and i tell her i am not going to bend,she gives me attitude and i tell her to leave it,walk to the cashier and report it to Anthony and he reported it to manager Nolathembu and she said she will contact me with what the store can do for me, to win me back as a customer, and i called today and she told me she needs authorization from the store owner but his very busy.i want a call from the AREA MANAGER to sort this out and get a resolution for me. Disgusting store! NO FEEDBACK!!!<br>
