Bad service and Arrogant

<p>Last week Wednesday, I went to a pick 'n Pay in melville campus square mall. To buy water and play some lotto and I was told by the supervisor the machine is offline without looking at me or checking on the machine. Therefore today again yet another supervisor by name of Sipho who was rude and arrogant told me " hey baba when the machine is offline is offline why should we put a sign on the machine cause I am telling you that the machine is offline".my view on this is that, there people should understand how customer services works and we didn't choose this jobs for them, cause they think they are better than everyone. </p>
