Bad Service Always

<p>i had to stand on a queue for a while cause i had to wait for the teller Ntabiseng to finish chitchating with her colleague, when she finally done she attended to without greating but am not surprised cause all the tellers at pick 'n pay dont great i asked her to withdraw for me R150 she told she does not have that kind of cash, i asked her if she can please find someone who does have it cause i am not willing to stand on another queue she spoke to one of her collegue that didnt reply to her if i should come or not. Ntabiseng asked me if am not willing to go to another line what she must do? which i reply shes asking a wrong person maybe she need to call a supervosr her name is Allahn she came didnt great me of cause i expected that didnt even speak to me she just unvoid what i was buying before she leave i asked her did she know why i called her with and with an attitude she told me i have to wait she busy trying to get R500 for another customer in Sesotho which i dont understand i asked her to translate what shes saying into english she just left just like that i was a joke to the teller in Pick 'n Pay cause even the supervisor didnt attend to complain. Ntabiseng with a silly voice ask me go to another till which i was assisted by Ellen with an attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pick 'n Pay i think now its time to take action to your employees they have no customer service we not there to ask for donation we using our money which we've worked so hard for it its not acceptable to be treated like this way they have gone tooo far now, we've been complaining but nothing have been done.</p>
