bad service always

I was there to buy 1 item n was told I can't buy it at the counter its full at the tills and I'm 8 months pregnant I work in the centre so I through the item there and left . Always they do it to me I rather walk to spar and shoprite I'm dik of it and also to draw money they never want to do it always sour to do it. Sis bad service
