Bad service

Unhappy customer I felt so disrespected at Pick’n Pay Brackenhurst Alberton (27 June 2023) by the store manager. I came to do an exchange she was so rude and shouting at me infront of other customers. I would to know if Pick n Pay does not conduct a training on their staff. Thank you.
