Bad service

Worst shopping experience. I had 8 items in my basket and proceeded to the express till. There was one lady in front of me. When I got to the till, I was told there is a queue for all tills and I had to go stand there, far away. There was no form of a queue visible. And while I stood in middle of nowhere, waiting to be called, 3 other people that clearly didnt stand in a queue, got helped. Another lady just put her basket down and walked out. Also when I got to the shop, there were no baskets available, even though the shop was quiet. Staff very unfriendly as if they just came out of a bad meeting.
