Bad service about the floor manager of Aliwal North Pick n Pay

I am complaining about the floor manager of Aliwal North Pick n Pay. A customer bought three bags of 2kg chicken and left after few hours a customer came back complaining about the other two bags that are rotten. Instead of listening and understanding the story of the customer, the manager started shouting at the poor lady asking the lady what will he benefit from those bags of chicken. The lady couldn't explain further cause he was intimidated by the floor manager of the shop.. the customer that was near the scene intruded and saved the lady that was shouted by the manager of the shop. Customers and stuff of Pick n Pay are always threatened by this guy.. our only hope about this bad service towards people is Hellopeter. We so wish you take action
