Bad service

Pick n pay ASAP has one of the worst customer service ever..i placed n order on the 8th , they failed to deliver or communicate, i canceled my order and i was told it would take 10 working days, i called again yesterday after my 10 days but i got no help, the call center kept on dropping my calls and not getting back to me with a valid reason why im not refunded, the call im going to make is my 7th call since 8am this morning, i want my money Pick n pay ur service is horrible
