Bad service

I went to Pick n Pay Carlton Centre for shopping and cash back withdrawal. The service that I received was very horrible. The lady that assisted treated me as if she was doing me the favor

She got irritated when I asked for cash withdrawal, she didn’t even pack my groceries on the plastic bag, while I still packing my groceries she call another client. Our groceries end up being mixed up she didn’t even bother to separate them

I don’t understand why PicknPay advise banks that we can get cash from their tills but when we get there to request for cash back their staff treat us badly as if we are bothering them.
